Because of the relatively shallow water levels of the Straits, the proposed structure can descend to the base of the ocean with just a few meters floating over the water level. Compression is the main working principal of this structure that features two parallel walls cut through the adjoining water bodies, held apart with bracing, which is habitable at times. Each wall is 10 meters wide and respectfully provides vehicle and train infrastructures at its apex. The trait is used only to give simplicity to this massive structure that features a direct line to connect the two sides.

The wide interstitial space spans 50 meters which was created by this vast separation and becomes an interface for human haulage, providing inhabitants and visitors the opportunity to navigate the Strait by walking. The visitors will enjoy constant views of underwater landscape walking across the tubes, submerged below 50 meters of water level. Moreover, the separation of the Pacific from the Arctic can improve temperature isolation, by gradually reducing the water temperature in the Arctic, which would be a great environmental benefit.

The result of this collaboration is the introduction of KOR’s Thirst for Giving™ program.

News of the original KOR ONE’s release was met by an immediate and overwhelming positive response. The viral PR campaign driven by RKS resulted in countless blog pickups, with the KOR ONE landing on Oprah’s “O List,” winning awards for both design and environmental preservation, and driving sales beyond all projections.

To build on this success, KOR Water enlisted RKS to create a Brand Trajectory and Product Proliferation Plan that would amplify the authenticity of the KOR brand. The first result of this effort is KOR’s new Thirst for Giving program to raise funds for water-related charities and help increase understanding of the vital role clean water plays in all our lives. Announced in conjunction of the introduction of three new KOR ONE colors, this innovative program empowers consumers to improve their health as they improve the health of the planet. “KOR’s mission is to celebrate and protect water,” said KOR founder and CEO Eric Barnes. “The Thirst for Giving program is our way of bringing more awareness to issues that deeply impact the future of water on our planet.”

The RKS strategy team first used Psycho-Aesthetics to enable KOR to identify organizations whose passions and goals aligned with KOR’s mission. Next, RKS created a strategy to create meaning… increasing the consumer’s ability to make a difference. Through this program, KOR has aligned with non-profits who are doing exceptional work related to causes KOR supports: ocean and watershed protection, the global water crisis and container recycling.

With each KOR ONE color tied to a specific cause, KOR will donate 1% of all sales to this select group. The original Ocean Blue KOR ONE supports Ocean Protection through the Agalita Marine Research Foundation. Sunrise Orange is for the Container Recycling Institute, while Sawgrass Green sales support Watershed Protection through The Wetlands Initiative. A monthly fee is charged to the customer so that they can access to the EVO computing service. There is no significant change in the computing experience, other than the replacement of their current PC with the sleek, compact EVO Client.

Basically it consists of 2 main parts: the EVO Client module and EVO Base unit. A PC board with a low power processor, wireless card, RAM, flash memory, and a unique circular EVO docking connector is what constitutes the Client. To function, the client must be docked to a Base unit which supplies power and connectivity to the EVO Server. With primary goal of the EVO PC concept is to address all the key environmental issues associated with today’s PC, EVO PC is PC in Power Saver mode!

Bearing those discoveries in mind, Gosha Galitsky set to design a bicycle which will operate seamlessly with public transport. It might not fold to the smallest possible size as other bikes of the same nature do, but when it is folded, there are no sticking-out wheels, sprockets or cables that can get entangled with other passengers and make them dirty. The delicate (and greasy) components are all enclosed inside the suitcase-like body of the bicycle, forming a neat rectangular package that can fit easily between your legs when you ride the subway or on the luggage rack in the train. You can even lock it in place so you can snooze through your commute without worrying about the bike being stolen. When you get off and need to get out of the station, the bike can be easily dollied along using the small front wheel. And when it is unfolded, you can ride it just like any other bicycle.
