Smellfree Compost Bin : The Ultra Efficient Odorless Compost Bin Concept

It’s every home maker’s nightmare of trashing the trash but the new concept design trash can is some thing that should take care of these worries. Named as Ultra Efficient Odorless Compost Bin designed by Industrial designer Joe Brunton ensures that the waste material don’t stink inside the bin but the organic waste recycles itself by the use of carbon filter technology which dries up the decomposing waste while preventing the malodorous ammonia to enter kitchen. These filters are replaceable which need to be changed every six months thus ensuring the functionality of product as well as that of the process. A good practical thought for sure.

Joe explanations :
This projects aim was to encourage people to recycle their own organic waste at home. One reason why this wasn’t happening was because the compost decomposes and creates an unpleasant smell; this is caused by wet compost and high nitrogen / ammonia levels.

The “Smellfree” compost bin uses carbon filters to dry out the waste and lower the nitrogen levels so even when you lift the lid of the bin the compost will not fume out your kitchen whilst also making it much more efficient. The bin will take between 1 and 2 weeks to fill. This is if the organic material going into the bin is chopped to a reasonable size, also making the compost process more productive.

The main body is 300mm high and with the lid its 400mm. This was set so it could be easily kept on a kitchen work surface or be cleaned in a standard dishwasher. The body can come in any colour, and even with custom print to make it more desirable to the consumer.

No More Messy Toothpaste Tubes with Chube Automated Toothpaste Dispenser

Are you tired of dealing with messy toothpaste tubes? If yes, then try out automatic toothpaste dispenser. It helps to conserve toothpaste with even flow dispensing and draws the complete volume of toothpaste from the tube eliminating any waste. When you put your toothbrush under the nozzle, a motion detector triggers an internal motor that pumps a pre-set amount of toothpaste directly onto the brush. Standard toothpaste is contained in Chube-specific cartridges that are sold at grocery, department and drug stores. You simply insert a new cartridge into the dispenser and prime the pump and Chube is ready to go. Once empty, Chube cartridges can be returned to the manufacturer for recycling. In return, consumers receive rebates or coupons for discounts on future purchases. The reusable cartridge caps are dishwasher safe and are available in an assortment of decorator styles. This device can be mounted to any smooth surface and comes in different colors and shapes.

The loop at the top of the one tube design is not for hanging but had two purposes:
1. It allows people who lack dexterity, such as those with arthritis, to easily grasp the tube and pull it out of the dispenser when it’s empty and needs to be replaced. The loop can be easily grabbed with any one or several fingers.

2. It’s a visual target for the visually impaired.

Maintaining the dishwasher and getting the dirty utensils cleaned can be so exhausting. Well here comes bubble! A new concept dishwasher which can be said to be a powerhouse performer packed in the small size. It cylindrical in shape with pores all over and it operates when submerged in water where it needs to be kept in the sink. During operation the LED indicator light turns blue i.e. while washing, and after the work is one the same changes to green. Also there are three different work stages for different types of washing. With a rechargeable Lithium ion battery that allows to be working under submerged conditions. So just wash away your worries with this dishwasher.

VOYAGE is a product specially designed for people who enjoy outdoor barbeques. A complete range of equipment and furniture, such as the barbeque cooking unit, dining table, chairs, cupboard, dishwasher, refrigerator, and even an iPod station are integrated in its design. This makes the process simple, convenient and interesting. The circular tabletop not only brings the whole family together, it also provides for better communication and participation.

Serve your food in this thermoelectric tech. Using thermoelectric tech, you can maintain the optimum temperatures be it hot or cold. This way you can avoid your food reaches room temperatures which mean bacteria can run rampant. Did you know 12% of food born illnesses come from improper temperatures? Sure it may have been cooked but often times food is left out on a table for guests to serve themselves.

There are series of icons you can activate to indicate what main ingredients are in each dish, this is one of great features to let the guests know what to avoid should they have allergies. Those plates and bowls are totally dishwasher safe.
