Absolut Pears Eco Friendly Dual Package Box with Innovative Recyclable Functionality

Absolut Pears dual package is actually a promotional box up for Absolut Pears in the Chinese market and the design is a long-drawn-out interpretation of the typical Absolut bottle with innovative recyclable functionality. The key for reducing un-recyclable plastic bags is the comfortable handle of this packaging and stretch drinking funs between parties. The solid structure of this bottle has allowed maximum productivity while keeping smooth transportation process at a lower cost. The main ingredient of the package is semi-transparent material and can be tastefully reprocessed as compact suitcase, lamp, decorative fruit bowl and pendant.

The designer of this package, Jamy Yang, is one of the top designers and is holding the post of design director of his company. His professional activities comprise a range of international design awards and Absolut Pears dual package is one of his most innovative designs. The package opens from the middle of the top section and when unfolded, there is enough room for various handy tools that you need for different daily activities. Jamy Yang has achieved Silver award from the 2008 Design for Asia contest for this useful and eco-friendly product.

MOY is a concept, developed by Elvis Tomljenovic, aimed for those people who love to use latest technology as a way to communicate with others and express themselves. This concept will allow you to design your car on your PC and then affect the design to your vehicle via wireless data transfer. Additionally, you can share this design with others through websites, emails or forums. This doesn’t mean that you need to be a design guru since downloadable and ready made designs will be included with this concept. Since MOY can visualize both static pictures and videos, it would be an effective medium of promotion.

MIESROLO : A Foldable Wood Chair

Take a look at the first Dynamic Cantilever Chair called MIESROLO. The manufacturing process took place at the Sustainable Workshops of the University. The foldable woods of this chair are connected with each other via synthetic band, which can take almost any shape that a user may want. This design placed 1st on the contest of Wood Agency Design Belgrade 2008 and won the Best Scientific-Professional work award in 2006/07 at University of Belgrade. This innovative concept of sitting furniture also received the Golden Key Award at Belgrade International Furniture Fair.

Sharky Tea Infuser Won 3rd Prize at The Beyond Silver Competition

This new tea infuser seems to be inspired from the jaws trilogy given the resultant is concerned. This device called Sharky, extracts the properties from a soluble ingredient like the tea leaves, herbs or fruit. The same keeps dissolving till it is completely saturated in the liquid, though when in operation it reminds one of the deadly sharks as the solvent is dissolving. This process also makes it quite an impressive show as one looks on the tea leaves to get dissolved, and with the red color getting dissolved overall in the liquid. So why don’t you go ahead and have some tea the shark way!

INFUSION means to extract certain properties from an soluble ingredient such as tea leaves , herbs or fruit by soaking in liquid (water) until it gets saturated. NEUE HAMBURGER TERRASSEN Winner

NEUE HAMBURGER TERRASSEN is an international structure that will be promoted by IBA HAMBURG in an international exhibition in 2013. This project includes a five story corner building with reference to the typology of the social and workers residences to restore a contemporary version. It is a series of housing block in the shape of “U” with external green spaces. Each block has multi-story single family houses with common parking facility. The design of these blocks is unique and very attractive. While designing this structure, main attention is given to neighborhood relations and to create a collective sociability spaces.

In the NEUE HAMBURGER TERRASSEN project LAN Architecture makes reference to the typology of the social and workers residences (Terraces Houses) to restore a contemporary version. The studio develops a plan integrating different typologies from individual houses to collective residences. The project consists in a five story corner building on the North creating a connection with the existing fabrics and in a series of housing block in the form of “U”, opening to the external green spaces and with an enclosed common green space. Each block contains multi-story single-family houses both oriented on common spaces and on the street. We limited car circulation with accesses to common parking along blocks sides to entirely devote the street to pedestrians. The street becomes a further space to “live”. Particular attention was paid to neighbourhood relations and to create collective “sociability” spaces. Buildings façades are very homogeneous, classical and regular creating a unitary image for the whole district.

Capca, Space-Saving and Environmentally Friendly Car Concept

Capca car concept is created for Peugeot Design Contest 2008: Imagine the Peugeot in the Worldwide Megalopolis of Tomorrow. Too bad, this car concept wasn’t accepted by Peugeot, but we still think that this is pretty cool car concept. What will city infrastructure and city transport, parking and fueling be like in the near future? Let’s take a look at your city from the height of a skyscraper, what will you see? There are green areas and water pools, round shape streets and austere simplicity of architecture, streams of hi-tech eco-vehicles and eye appealing blossoms of parked cars. You’d be glad to know that parking lots filled up with cars now produce oxygen so necessary for life. No more smog and polluted air, no more packed buses and fussy crowds with capca car concept.

Capca is space-saving car to serve as an alternative to public and private city transport. Capca vehicles are environment-friendly. Their parkings are innovative, compact and attractive. They can function as recharging stations, solar energy storage batteries and oxygen generators (optionally). Its design is inspired by nature: you can observe clear outlines of petals, shells, flowers, animals and insects as well as medieval knightly armor.

Technical Features :
The electro-engines are located in the back wheels. The car glasses are made of transparent solar batteries and in addition there is a transparent monitor built into the windscreen. The car is equipped with sensors and panoramic view cameras, with navigation and auto-parking systems. It’s important that wheel-engines are shifted together when parked, that will make the back of the car smaller. There are two accumulators in the car: the first is for a chassis and the second is for electronics.

The maximum speed of the vehicle is 90 km/h, fuel distance at one battery charge is approximately 180 km, full charge time from solar batteries is approximately 10 hours under average sun activity. Vehicle dimensions: length 2230 mm, width 1590 mm, height 1530 mm. Wheel base: 1540 mm longways, 1270 mm edgewise.

Target Group :
Large city residents, large companies, recreation centers, amusement parks, universities and public offices.

Dining in 2015 with Eco Cook

In 2015, environment problems from energy will become more and more serious. I believe that everyone�s life will be concerned. Thus kitchenware will be modernise to reduce energy consumption. My eco-cook is an object that helps to save water, energy and time. Everyday, everyone, has to cook pasta, rice or various vegetable. Therefore different pots are needed. In a unique pot, the eco-cook enables to divide 2 or 3 space and to boil different food at the same time. Thereby, water and gas or electricity is saved. Moreover when food is taken out the eco-cook, it will automatically drain out, allowing to win precious time. In 2015 I also believe that most people will always be in a hurry. The eco-cook design permits to help 2015 people that pay close attention to energy and time.
