Unique and Funny Marionette Concept Clock from Mintpass

The Marionette Clock is a unique concept clock, where the entire wall acts as a clock and the hand is attached with strings that are clasped up to a conveyor on the top. The innovative design of this clock has made it like a puppet play, performed by the Mint boys, who are moving the clock’s hand by controlling the strings, while riding on a roller between their legs that are powered by electric motor.

Marionette boys control the vertical wires attached to the clock’s hand by winding and unwinding the crank. The vertical wiring is controlled by the stepper motor and the function of its module is to calculate the vertical wire’s length to a high level of accuracy. Display of time is done by calculating the vertical wire length and the unicycle’s position to their appropriate figure. The unicycle, on which the Marionette boys ride, is made of “Mycom”, which runs by the stepper motors and let the Marionette boys stay put. The Marionette boys are equipped with rechargeable and interchangeable battery, kept in a backpack on their backs for better balance and this unique design prevents the ride of the boys from falling off, even when they are positioned in an angle.

Marionette clock forms a kind of tiny circus show with two moving Marionette boys back and forth on a unicycle to show the time which certainly will create an artistic sensation.

Zoomla is a concept bike designed to ensure better alternative for quick, portable and around-town transportation facility. The single-pivot design of this bike has given it quicker, easier and more intuitive fold than any other bike and the unique L-frame eliminates the usual steering tube. The handle is cleverly integrated on the handlebar to allow Zoomla to be rolled when its time to pack it away. The pedal deck uses a compact inner drive system rather than traditional crank and pedals. You can take this bike with you to class or a grocery store since it weights 5 kilos only and the compact shape will let you store it in an average size school locker. Moreover, you can attach a backpack just below the seat to carry your required things in a stylish manner.

SLIQ cell phone concept is made of recycled aluminum which offers a lightweight, durable, and responsible alternative to plastics. The screen in an organic LED screen. High brightness is achieved at low drive voltages and they use 40% less power draw than conventional LCDs. Their manufacturing process consumes less power and raw materials. The crack power offers a solution to powering up when abroad where power conversion is not always available, crank is turned on. Electromagnetic charge is transferred to battery, no dead phone.

Renovatio Concept by Confederate Motor Company

I’m a little bit confused with this motor design, where do I sit ? This renovation concept by Confederate Motor Company uses minimal machine, using the fewest pieces, moving parts and systems to accomplish its dynamic mission. The word “Renovation” itself means rebirth, which also represent the rebirth of their headquarters company after destroyed by Hurricane Katrina. The Driving concept was the creation of a conceptually flexible foundation to allow a place for growth and further iteration; a utilitarian modular flexible foundation.

Conceived by the leader of our conceptual design team, Mr. Ed Jacobs, the motorcycle is at once primitive, bohemian, and yet highly technical. Renovatio is un-compromised, light weight, possesses enormous torque, is capable of extreme performance, yet has maximum real world streetable active safety. It is graceful in motion, yet potentially brutal. It exudes inner beauty through absolute follow through of truth of concept.
