The stylish Bionic concept car is simply a token of functional values and innovative natural aesthetics through its radical aerodynamic design. The car has been designed to change its shape as per requirement in different situations by implementing EAP-electro-active polymer layers, which is an optimized and advance automobile material. Moreover, it features advance in-wheel motor technology that allows the car to produce zero-emissions and a polycarbon roof with attached solar photovoltaic cells that gives an uninterrupted outside view aside from producing energy through sunlight. This ultra-compact car can house two persons and has been designed for the year 2030 considering as an excellent solution for the massive future crowd and positive environmental aspects.

BMW Lovos Body Looks Like Fish Scales

Lovos means Lifestyle of Voluntary Simplicity. Therefore, the concept BMW Lovos project is not like the usual process of designing, crafting, vehicle acquisition and management, rather, the project is a meaningful symbol of conscious self-restraint, that can encourage the viewer to discard their common ideas about the number of exterior elements that a car should required. The body of Lovos contains 260 interchangeable identical particles that can open and close like fish scales. These elements are mobile and help gathering sun energy through solar cells by changing their positions as soon as the car starts running. The interior is warm and soft, making a distinct contrast between technical and mechanical appearance.

Mytho : Innovative Transportation for Better Urban Commuting in The Future

Mytho is an innovative and interesting private and public transportation idea focused on creating a better urban commuting for future. The design of this car is inspired mainly by all the iconic and traditional figures of SF. The very “American” design has a perfect touch of elegance and sophistication with a deep black and shiny silver color combination and a unique appearance from both front and rear end. The lightweight construction of Mytho has been achieved through using recyclable materials. The car features modern technologies like GPS and high speed internet connectivity that ensures the rider a safer and more convenient driving experience in new places.

Victor says about Mytho :

The MYtho, is a concept car designed to be simple, but at the same time sophisticated. With inspiration from vintage cars, like the woodies, i was able to find a sustainable design solution for the side panels, which are made of compressed wood also the whole body is made of aluminum, in order to be recyclable.

The “tech” factor is in it’s OLED displays, build-in solar cells, and HUD display’s for the driver.

The form of the car is very simple, like the hot rods from the 30’s. The open wheel design, the huge front grill, and the low profile of the car, are just some indicators of this.

Helio DAB Radio Concept with Gratzel Panels Technology

Helio is an innovative DAB Radio concept from Bold that features eco-friendly solar panels to produce the required energy from sunlight. It comprises functional Grätzel panels that works inside better than outside and their textures are envisioned to be transparent, giving an alluring appearance. Hello gives back radio its traditional captivating ability in the current age of miniaturization for electronic items. Evoking the esthetic of tube amplifiers, Hello showcases cells with complementing color and directions to capture most of the spectrum of light. This project will be able to give radio back an appearance as it used to in a more efficient and functional manner.

Here’s short description about Grätzel panel :

“There’s a revolution going on in solar energy, which is about to become part of our daily lives in unexpected ways – appearing with multiple forms, richly coloured and with multiple functions. A new generation of solar cells has been born : thin, coloured, translucent and even flexible. The source of this revolution is EPFL (Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne), where Professor Michael Graetzel, inspired by plant photosynthesis, began to use molecules from colorants to transform the sun’s light into electricity. His work drew heavy praise from the scientific community, resulting in a World Technology Award. While many other technological developments have followed, designers need to take advantage of the extraordinary potential of these “dye-sensitized” solar cells. It will ultimately be up to them to fully explore the possibilities of this form of solar energy – to render us conscious of the significance of this major change.”

BMW Vision Efficient Dynamics with Sleek and Smooth Design

The Vision EfficientDynamics is a concept vehicle for future by BMW which is a low carbon hybrid supercar aiming to achieve the premium end of the auto market with its fuel-efficient design. A three-cylinder turbodiesel engine is empowering this vehicle supported by a couple of electric motors. This car can go 0-100 kilometers per hour in just 4.8 seconds with a top speed of 250 kmph and consumes 3.76 liters of diesel per 100 kilometers. It features an electric mode for day to day use that can be charged through plug-in module. The vehicle stores the power it lithium polymer cells, allowing it to drive for roughly 50km on a single charge, which can be extended through its regenerative breaking system.

The sleek and smooth design of this car with a visage can easily call out for anyone’s attention. It can house 4 people and natural materials have been utilized to design the interior. Both the drag coefficient and weight of the vehicle is optimized by redistributing and reducing the weight to maximize the energy efficiency and improve driving ability. Both the door and roof inserts become opaque as a final touch, which reduces the amount of glare coming to the vehicle.

Leaf Phone with Eco-Charging Ability

Leaf is a concept mobile phone specially designed by getting inspired from photosynthesis with eco-charging ability. This bendable cell phone is wearable by the user and is charged through solar cells placed on its front. Aside from the solar charging facility, this device can be charged via electricity if charging is required in a cloudy day or during nighttime. The key objective of this project is to make people realize about their contribution to energy efficiency while using an innovative and highly functional gadget with a smart look.

Mercedes Benz Eco-Friendly BlueZero Concept Car

BlueZero is the latest addition of the eco-friendly series cars by world renowned Mercedes-Benz. The main inspiration came from the idea of creating a vehicle that is affordable and eco-conscious, and can offer a multitude of platforms for daily use. Keeping the sandwich floor concept of Mercedes in mind, the structure of this concept car allows three different platforms to realize: first one is an E-Cell with battery, secondly E-Cell plus with gasoline and battery and the last one is an F-Cell with hydrogen. This concept allows the powertrain to be moved into the floor cells in the event of a front-end collision. This innovative is not only a great safety solution but also will help creating a universal platform.

From the design viewpoint, only the obligatory 3-pointed star placed in the center of the front grille has been seen common with other conventional Benz models. A sweeping curve is making the appearance of the car unique that begins right behind the front quarter and finishes up the beltline located near the back side of the car. This BlueZero concept is relying only on its existing architecture, practical thoughts and strong support from the confident customers.

Stinger is a concept bike which includes nearly every available ecological niche that a traditional bike generally lacks. The main difference between conventional high-emission bicycles and Stinger is, this bike is helping the environment by keeping it pollution-free by using fuel cells. Moreover, renewable resources were used to make the adaptive, versatile and eco-friendly bicycle which would be a true alternative to traditional ones. This bike is very much adaptive and robust just like an insect that can adapt the narrow space situations of metropolitan areas. Considering the functionality, stinger is neither a scooter nor a motorbike – it combines the assets of both.

Bionamic Single Seater Car Concept Features Two Joysticks Instead of Steering Wheel

Bionamic is a single seater, electrically powered concept speed car specially designed with stunning visual and great functionality. The black part on the body of this car is actually an active surface made of Carbon Nanotube Muscle Suit and the silver body part is passive elastic sheathing made of Carbon/Metal Nanotube Alloy. All over the active muscle suit, there are millions of energy cells lying on to get direct contact with sunlight. Moreover, the Ion Intake absorbs the ions from the environment and utilizes them to produce the required energy to run the car. This car is driven by two joysticks instead of conventional steering wheel and a good arrangement is there to keep the hands in right position when driving.

So, in order to keep your food unburned, you need to swirl it regularly which reduces the possibility of your food getting burned. Rolly Cook is a portable oven concept that can efficiently do this for you allowing more convenience and extra time to use for other purpose. This handy tool reduces the risk of burning your food in an innovative and well-designed way. It includes a central mechanism that spins two cylindrical containers on both sides. This continuous movement of the containers averts the risk of food burning.

The outsider container has a series of heating panels that can be adjusted easily for a less or more intense heat as required for a particular type of food. For lower temperature cooking, tow containers are added together with the help of a clump forming a shape of a binocular. When its time to cook something in higher temperature, only one container remains functional.
