Lamborbiker Version II by Flavio Adriani

Still remember with Lamborbiker ? Now, Flavio Adriani has come up with Lamborbiker version II which is still a unique bike concept which has been differentiated from other conventional bikes through its hub-less wheel design. The concept was inspired from the Ferrucio Lamborghini designed by Nicola Tesla which includes an electric engine to contribute with the environment. Both the rear and front wheel is rimless and uniquely designed to enhance the performance of the bike. The exhaust pipes are placed under the seat for better space management. The design doesn’t contain any speedometer and the handles have been placed below the standard height of a conventional bike. All together, the bike has it all to serve as a future superbike.

GloBike System : Social Bike Sharing System

The GloBike system concept allows the user to share the bike and their experience with all other members of its internet community. The motto was to promote the cultural exchange and friendship between people from different communities through its online portal and use the bicycle as one of the best green transportation solutions. These bikes can send their exact location to the Globike portal which can be accessed by other users through their Globike device and call the nearest bike for their use. There are two parts of the system to manage navigation, sharing and communication between users. They are the hardware part, a device with a NFC chip that is permanently installed on the bike and the software part is the web portal itself. Globike is an updated version of Freecycle, designed by Cristiano Giuggioli, Stefano Marchetto, Massimo Brugnera and Alessandro Brunello.

TFL Bikeshare Network Concept with Foldable E-Bike and Electrical Modular Buses

The TFL Bikeshare network concept outlines an efficient and healthy way to realize the ultimate solution for commuters. This concept comprises a foldable e-bike that can be rode from the home and deposited to modular mobile hub, and board a bus. Upon arrival at destination, another hub will be there to rent another bike through using the unique Oystercard which can be availed by leasing the service on a per trip or monthly basis.

The E-bike has been designed with airless tires, robust tubular construction and shaft drive, ensuring durability, while the luminated front bar and dazzling graphics increase the visibility and safety for the rider. E-bikes have designed to be folded quickly and intuitively by the user and deposit it into the storage modules after arriving to a transit hub. RFID technology has been utilized to charge the users on their Oystercard according to the amount of E-bike rental time. When docked, E-bikes act as hub seating and get charged for the next renter.

Transit hubs optimize the traveler’s transitional experience between renting bike schedule called Bikeshare and boarding on a bus. The hubs provide real time transit schedule by allowing access to the Bikeshare. The Ionic modular design provides the concept with distinctive architectural identifiers all through the cityspace, increasing both the desirability and visibility of city public transit. During the time passengers board on a bus, its ultracapacitors get charged until next stop via a small arm extended from the hub. The busses collect and disperse E-bikes according to demand, effectively diminishing the need of third party distributors.

The electrical modular buses aim to optimize the needs of next generation commuters by providing ultimate convenience for public transit. The specialized interior space addresses the diverse needs of passengers. The compact and ergonomically bended seating arrangement provides a safer environment for seat occupiers and the standing passengers downstairs for short distant travel. On the other hand, long-distance travelers and tourists will be able to enjoy the city from panoramic second floor.

Futuristic London Garden Foldable Electric Bicycle

London Garden is a concept car free zone in downtown London allowing bicycles and busses only as transportation means. In this connection, the designers have created an innovative transportation system combining a bike and a bus including the supporting infrastructure.

The bicycle is designed to generate energy when riding and this energy can be used as currency to pay for your bus rides. The bike electronically folds into the bus seat storage mode for space and weight efficiency and to fit on the bike stand. Bike stands can be found at the bus stops where the bikes will be stored securely in order to collect energy from the sun and wind. Moreover, it contributes energy to the bus system that was generated during riding and stored in inner batteries. Finally, the energy will be accumulated from all the bus stops into the London Garden network system, which is the Universal Electricity Network of this concept.

Bowler Raptor 4WD Vehicle Design is Powered by Lithium-Titanate Batteries

Raptor is an extreme all-terrain vehicle designed for the British brand Bowler, features unique exposed chassis, a whole electric drivetrain and minimal bodywork to run up to 130mph and was inspired by the vehicles that compete in the Baja and Dakar rallies. Although the design contains the elements of a traditional four-wheel drive vehicle, it also incorporates echo-conscious materials and modern-day technology to create an exceptional off-road buggy.

The angular bodywork of this vehicle takes inspiration from both superbikes and modern architecture which results this unique vehicle, from both in aesthetic aspects and highly functional body panel mechanism. The body panels are independently attached onto the vehicle with hex-head bolts and can be replaced easily when damaged. The tires were designed to form a contrast by combining digital technology and dune buggy paddle tires, and both the alloys and tires are interlocked to create a strong image.

Raptor is based on an exposed carbon fiber chassis that provides closer sense of speed to the occupants, whilst providing comprehensive safety. The cantilever roof offers an unrivalled view from the front seat, giving a close panoramic view of the landscape. The vehicle is powered by Lithium-Titanate batteries that can be recharged through a standard wall socket or dedicated high powered outlets. It features unique “hot-swap” battery system that allows the user to replace the batteries easily and quickly.

MAC Motorcycles with 5-Speed ‘Blast’ Engine

Mac Motorcycles are the latest motorcycle design range consisting 4 bikes crafted by two British design studio Ellis Pitt and Xenephya Design. This development is an outcome of over 9 months of diligent effort of the design team. All the models comprise the same engine and feature 500 cubes of working volume. These concept designs are described by Ellis Pitt as an outcome of confusion between Italian motorcycle Chopper and some others. These concept models have been named as Spud, Peashooter, Ruby and Poarer and several hundreds of these are waiting to be launched as per the developers and further developments will take place on demand.

MODE Bike Features IF (Integrated Folding) Technology

The clean and prominent design of MODE, a foldable bicycle, has aimed to those travelers who never consider cycles as an option or transportation for various hectic reasons. This superb bicycle avoids complex tubes with unseen dirt traps, oily chains and the other messes of traditional bikes that deprive users from riding a bicycle. MODE from Pacific Cycles features integrated folding (IF) technology that features an automatic, single action fold without the help of any other tools. The IF technology is mainly based on a 4-Bar, 3-dimensional linkage that guides the wheels together automatically when you are trying to fold the bike. Once folded, MODE takes a shape of a convenient wheeled package that you can easily push around.

Honda CB750 : The Next Generation of A Smart Bike

Honda CB750 concept is actually a predecessor to the previous 70-80 CB and has reborn as a next generation smart bike with brilliant performance, breaking, handling and technology. This bike holds a 750cc heavy duty four cylinder engine and liquid hydrogen will be used as fuel. Its duel clutch transmission includes features like automatically controlled launch control and grip control for wet days. Honda CB750 features a full on, rear and front electro-magnetic suspension which will ensure less maintenance. An onboard computer allows the user to tune anything from the traction control to the engine. The body and the frame of this bike is a unibody construction manufactured with aluminum and carbon fiber.

Igor explanations:
The CB750 features a full on, front and rear electro-magnetic suspension. It’s less maintenance and can be electronically adjusted for best performance. Bikes sensors will give out a read out every 1/10 of a second and will adjust everything from suspension to the rider’s seat height giving best and safest performance you can get.

The safety, everything you would expect in a motorcycle from 2015. Electronically controlled ABS, Airbag, Traction Control and Steering Damper. The system will also feature a radar technology to sense an upcoming head-on collision and will automatically slow the bike. Of course some of these features can be electronically disabled to suit the rider.

Now the onboard computer, which can be controlled through a 5″ OLED multi touch display positioned right on the fuel tank. There are 3 menus: GPS, Drive modes, diagnostics mode. GPS mode is like your standard GPS that will give you directions and etc, but it will be connected to the internet through Wi-Fi and 3G. This will enable you to find information on the go and implement it to your rout.

Recent creative designers are outlaying many different bikes now a days but Lamborbiker seems like crossed everyone’s imagination. The idea of this long desired design was derived from Marcello Gandini, chief designer of Bertone and a freelance designer since 1980, and Osmos wheel and Lamborghini Countach played the key role for inspiration. Flavio, the designer designed this attractive and extremely unique bike by combining Osmos wheel and Countach.
