Honda CB750 concept is actually a predecessor to the previous 70-80 CB and has reborn as a next generation smart bike with brilliant performance, breaking, handling and technology. This bike holds a 750cc heavy duty four cylinder engine and liquid hydrogen will be used as fuel. Its duel clutch transmission includes features like automatically controlled launch control and grip control for wet days. Honda CB750 features a full on, rear and front electro-magnetic suspension which will ensure less maintenance. An onboard computer allows the user to tune anything from the traction control to the engine. The body and the frame of this bike is a unibody construction manufactured with aluminum and carbon fiber.

Igor explanations:
The CB750 features a full on, front and rear electro-magnetic suspension. It’s less maintenance and can be electronically adjusted for best performance. Bikes sensors will give out a read out every 1/10 of a second and will adjust everything from suspension to the rider’s seat height giving best and safest performance you can get.

The safety, everything you would expect in a motorcycle from 2015. Electronically controlled ABS, Airbag, Traction Control and Steering Damper. The system will also feature a radar technology to sense an upcoming head-on collision and will automatically slow the bike. Of course some of these features can be electronically disabled to suit the rider.

Now the onboard computer, which can be controlled through a 5″ OLED multi touch display positioned right on the fuel tank. There are 3 menus: GPS, Drive modes, diagnostics mode. GPS mode is like your standard GPS that will give you directions and etc, but it will be connected to the internet through Wi-Fi and 3G. This will enable you to find information on the go and implement it to your rout.

The beauty named ‘Hawk’ is powered by Honda RC51 V-Twin 999cc engine has a top speed of 233 kilometers per hour and has three 19inch lightweight alloy wheels to support it which are in turn equipped with both rear and front disc brakes so its best of both worlds be it driving in the fast lane or stopping in a hurry. The concept of course ensures that the rider is safe considering the protection provided thus giving the comfort of a car and the cruise of a bike. Go ahead and own the roads.

Good news for all cyclists. VeloPark is going to be a cycling hub in London. The latest design of VeloPark has been released by London Based Hopkins Architects. This park is located in north of the Olympic Park and it comprises of a Velodrome with 6000 seats. Velodrome will be hosting the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic indoor track cycling events. A road cycle circuit and a mountain bike course will also be included in VeloPark that will combine cycling facilities in one cycling hub. VeloPark will be linked with all the cycling routes of London and will be providing whole capital with new world class cycling facilities.

Text from Hopkins Architects :
The VeloPark project team are delighted to unveil the design for the VeloPark at this very exciting time for British cycling following our team’s outstanding success in Beijing. We hope the venue and facilities we are creating will generate even more excitement in 2012 and then continue to be an inspiration for future generations of cyclists.

The vision for the VeloPark has always been to create a place where both beginners and elite athletes will be equally at home. Over the last year our work has involved reviewing the design with Chris Hoy and Team GB experts as well as regularly meeting with the local cycling groups who will be using the facilities after the Games.

The form of the Velodrome has been designed to express the drama and elegance of the track geometry and the project team hopes it will become one of the defining images of the Olympic Park not to mention a place where World Records will be broken. After 2012 it will continue to attract international competition and when all the outdoor circuits are complete the VeloPark will become an exciting hub for all forms of cycling in London.

Taiwan based designer Eric So has come with a Discovery bike, which was featured in the 12th International Bicycle Design Competition. The bike of course looks sleek and at the first look seems more like an exercise bike but it sure is one that is mobile. The frame design is based in a smooth diamond shaped structure, which has been incorporated innovatively in a detachable front light which also acts as a flashlight. The design enhances the functionality of the accessory maintaining its visual integration.
