RocStar Faucet, Basin, and The Mirror by Hany Mansour

The innovative RocStar Bathroom concept has been designed aiming to overcome the limits of the conventional bathrooms and heighten the efficiency of the same. It features three main components that have been differentiated it from others; the faucet or the Rocstar, the basin and the mirror.

The Faucet comprises five arms with different functionality such as three of them are supplying water, liquid soap and toothpaste, and the last two acts as driers. The Rocstar top is made of transparent plastic with lighting underneath which acts as control sensors and allow users activating a particular arm by simply touching it. After being activated that arm will give a magnificent led light and smoothly turns to the user. Other activities such as changing the water temperature, screen savers and profile colors, driers, etc. can be done with the center top touch screen of the Rocstar.

The basin has been designed to protect the users from viruses and other diseases that the users might infected with usual basins. Moreover, the color of the basin can be changed with the led effects and can be programmed to change the color every time someone enters into the bathroom. More surprisingly, the color of the spot where the water drops on the basin can be changed as well. There are exterior buttons on the stainless steel area on the basin that can control the covering and sterilization procedure and selecting profiles.

The mirror includes a digital camera which can be controlled from the rocstar through wireless system to know different previous conditions of your skin color, pimples, medicines, etc. The mirror will capture your photo every time you go to the bathroom which can be reviewed later for comparison. Last Drop : Pumping Up Till The Last Drop From The Bottom of A Bottle

The Last Drop concept derived from the inconvenience of pumping up the finishing liquid from the bottom of a shampoo or shower gel container to avoid everyday wastage. The bottom of Last Drop container is designed in a way that the finishing liquids are stored in a cone following by slopes both side where the dispenser can easily reach and let the user to have even the last drop of liquid. The container is beautifully designed to enhance the bathroom décor and lets the user to see how much more liquids are left inside. This product is very helpful for recycling and anti-water pollution with its useful functionalities.

Ferreti 560 Yacht (r)evolution with Two MAN V8-900 Engines

The Ferretti 560 is the latest and final model of Ferretti Yachts, waiting to be unveiled on the International de la Plaisance 2009 festival in Cannes, which took around two years to get into its current redesigned shape of the flying bridge of its previous versions. In this connection, Ferretti Yachts has signed a long-term partnership again with Studio Zuccon International to realize the ambition of the F560. Studio Zuccon was mainly responsible for lightning and space guiding principles, additionally; they conceived an innovative window design for the project, distinguished by portholes on the main window’s sides. This creative design really worked well with the blanched oak wood furnishings and warm tones of the interiors, increasing natural light in the lower deck.

Despite the relatively modest size of the yacht, it houses three cabins – a comprehensive master cabin, a double cabin and a twin cabin, each with own private bathroom. The F-560 comprises two MAN V8-900 engines and has a top speed of 32 knots.

Phyto-purification bathroom is a concept bathroom that features the phyto-purification natural filtering principle, becoming a mini eco-system that can recycle and regenerate the waste water. This purification system includes an organic system that purifies the used water from the washbasin and the shower before re-using. This system will reduce the waste of water as well as let the users save a considerable amount of bills that they are paying for excessive use of water. The phyto-purification is a water recycling process that is most commonly being used in ecological purification systems and can be used even in remote areas where water problem is being considered as one of the vital ones.

During its filtering process, the water goes through different steps :
- The rushes are planted in sand which filters larger particles. The root system of the rushes contain various bacterias which break down these particles for absorption by the plant.
- The reeds are planted next to the rushes as they have the ability to filter the heavy metals from the water.
- The floating water hyacinths draw through their roots some of the water borne particles which are still present in the water.
- The lemnas, which are also aquatic plants, bind to the remaining aquatic micro-organisms to complete the filtering process.
- Finally, a carbon filter stops the remaining micro-particles.

8 Towers by Single Speed Design Architects

The 8 Towers concept project is crafted by Single Speed Design architects that feature modern, stylish and highly efficient villas that can be seen on all sides by an evenly abstract audience. Before thinking of that project the design team noticed that the general project site-plan is devised an urban scale display system cleverly for several different architectural experiments. In this circumstance, their project is different from the conventionally deployed property lines where an audience can’t tread and pedestrian easements persistently surround every lot.

From this indication, the designers took the prospect to generate a solution that references the local atmosphere and also provides a more prototypical design towards energy savings which can be adapted to other regular building types further than housing. The design proposes eight towers with distinct and separate programs. These are an entry tower, a food tower, a living tower, a gym tower, 2 bathroom towers and 2 bedroom towers. Global Bathroom is an all-in-one bathroom concept that can serve you with all aspect. This concept comprises a four shelved wardrobe for storing cloths and others along with an on-top roller shaped cloth dryer that will prove highly helpful during cold and rainy weather. The right part includes another storage space for bath supplies like soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. The center part is the main bathing unit with a rooftop shower. The most amazing feature of this global bathroom is that it provides an easy and efficient way of taking bath for physically handicapped person who can bath while sitting on the attached chair.
