During its filtering process, the water goes through different steps :
- The rushes are planted in sand which filters larger particles. The root system of the rushes contain various bacterias which break down these particles for absorption by the plant.
- The reeds are planted next to the rushes as they have the ability to filter the heavy metals from the water.
- The floating water hyacinths draw through their roots some of the water borne particles which are still present in the water.
- The lemnas, which are also aquatic plants, bind to the remaining aquatic micro-organisms to complete the filtering process.
- Finally, a carbon filter stops the remaining micro-particles.

The water pressure and temperature control unit is fitted under the sink which is consists of two parts. One is the microprocessor that processes the incoming signals of the peripheral sensors and the microphone, in order to control the water pressure and temperature adjustment. Another component is the water pressure and temperature adjustment device. All the processes are carried out through electric network feed and the water is heated through the heating elements. Adjusting the water pressure is executed through opening and closing a valve and water heating requires a particular amount of time excluding the odd energy consumption and heat loss for a constant heating.

Having come to the sink, the user will pronounce the needed water temperature and when the hands are taken to the tap, the motion sensor sends the required signal to start water flow with the preset temperature. If the user wants to adjust the water pressure, approaching just a finger over different sensors will provide different water pressure. The overall procedure takes less than 2 seconds and settings are saved until next session begins.

The Water Symphony can work in both constant water supply and motion sensors modes and is a perfect solution for those who cares for health and hygiene, and keeps up with time.

Actually the Stratosphere is nothing more than the rethinking of the well-known valet. I have transposed it from the old days to the ambience of the Internet generation.

The Stratosphere answers a question well-known to all of us: namely our clothes we still want to wear for another day and don’t want to put in the laundry box we usually keep lying around the apartment, or most often, on the back of the chair.

It solves the problem by airing and refreshing them. It simply sucks in from the fabrics spread over the support imitating the back of the chair those micro-pollutant which carry chemicals responsible for unpleasant odors. Then channeling the air through the HEPA filter (where the dust particles get caught) and a UV-C light chamber (where odorous elements and viruses and bacteria get killed) it finally lets the air back to the natural circulation of the apartment. So it not only deodorizes clothes but gives protection against 99.9 percent of all respiratory diseases.

It’s not only a coincidence that the name refers to the layer of the Earth’s atmosphere where the UV-C radiation of the Sun (since there is no protective ozone) kills bacteria. Likewise the form intentionally resembles vegetal motives. Moreover with a household appliance which has been conceived for a new function and because of the naturalness of its use must be present permanently and actively in living space, just like a standard lamp or a vase, aesthetic functions can’t be neglected either

Due to the growing number of private hand research facilities, the erratic spread of innovation in nanotechnologic increases, before ethic guidelines can be set up by governments. I use a critical and critical picture to point out a topic-related vision of our world in 40 years. The study’s fundamentals in technology and science are based on literature and ongoing science forecasts by well known scientists, to not drift off into science fiction but to create a reliable vision.

Because one can still argue about assets and drawbacks, this topics needs to be displayed as transparent as possible, in order to encourage designers to look into the subject and deal with it in a responsible way.

The nDoo’s powerful (autonomous) capacity to act represents not only the subject of nanotechnology, but also every new and extreme kind of innovation. The contrast within this concept is the nDoo’s medical ability to heal. On the basis of this gap, the concept aims to show the explosiveness and ethical-moral arguments of the subject.

The nDoo is a medical, autonomous communication device which serves as an interface between humans and nanobots in their bloodstream, constantly monitoring all body functions and keeping up a steady exchange with an up to date database of all diseases and therapies. The nDoo forwards commands to the nanobots or writes his own code. Humans can access information about their state of health and the nanobots’ activities via a three-dimensional hologram. The visualization happens in nDoo’s floating position. While in passive mode, the nDoo can be carried like a hand-held computer.

Nanobots act as a self-organized swarm, swimming through the body’s bloodstream – powered by a nano-engine – able to localize, reprogram, destroy or mark cells, viruses etc. The nDoo serves as an extension to the immune system, detecting possible viruses at an early stage and preventing diseases. Even the emotional situation and human senses can be analyzed and influenced autonomously. Humans are accompanied by nDoos from the cradle to the grave. Energy is transfered by an electromagnetic field.

High-pressure jets spray a mist of mild, ozonated water that sterilizes germs and bacteria, while providing a physical agitant to remove grime.After a 5 second wash cycle, the system begins blowing air from above, and sucking air in from below at a high speed, providing a fully cyclical airflow (shorter drying time). The air blows until the user removes hands from the field. Placing hands in Sync begins an automatic cleansing/drying cycle.

There are series of icons you can activate to indicate what main ingredients are in each dish, this is one of great features to let the guests know what to avoid should they have allergies. Those plates and bowls are totally dishwasher safe.
