The concept of “Clean Technology Tower” is brought to you by Adrian Smith and Gordon Gill. This building will be built in Chicago as highly efficient building. They plan to put the wind turbines in each of the corners of the building, to make sure it captures the wind at its highest velocity as it accelerates around the tower. At the apex, where wind speeds are at a maximum, a domed double roof cavity directs the wind towards an array of wind turbines. The negative pressure created by the turbines will be used to ventilate interior spaces. The dome itself is shaded by solar cells that capture the southern sun. These systems provide both comfort and energy to the space. Building on principles of biomimicry, Clean Technology Tower utilizes advanced technologies and climate-appropriate building systems to foster a symbiotic relationship with its local environment.

In this digital world, we are turning more and more to the internet to find great recipes. But the question is, how to bring those recipes into the Kitchen ? Of course, you can take your laptop into your kitchen, but there won’t be any safe place to put it. Or you can print out the recipes and hopefully the water spills won’t make them sticky. Noah Balmer saw this problem and create a simple and genius concept, the Kitchen Sync. Kitchen Sync is a digital cookbook concept which perfect to meet the demand of replacing the conventional cookbook into a new generation of digital world. Suzuki has announced its hydrogen motorcycle concept at Tokyo Motor Show last November, and the good news is they are ready to put this unconventional motorcycle into production. The crosscage concept motorcycle is a fuel-cell motorcycle in which a simple, compact, lightweight air-cooled fuel-cell system and a high-performance secondary battery are brought together in a way that realizes optimal power control. A fuel-cell unit from British specialist company Intelligent Energy delivers quick activation with low fuel consumption, and a lithium-ion battery combines safety with a low environmental burden. The simplicity, compactness, and lightness of these technologies not only make the crosscage environment-friendly; they also helped enable sporty styling befitting the Suzuki name.
This motorcycle was developed in conjunction with British Intelligent Energy, which make this a great collaboration since British Intelligent has its own hydrogen generation plants. Energy has a portfolio that includes a range of world-class fuel cell, fuel processing, desulphurization and hydrogen generation technologies. The companys existing home hydrogen generation system means youll be able to make your own hydrogen at home. So I guess this news means you will find this motorcycle in the nearest showroom somewhere near the future.

In the future, don’t be surprised to hear this sentences like “Pour your data on the table” or “Pour your data into my cup”, because if this Cup PC concept becomes reality, sharing your data can be as easy as pouring water from your cup. The concept of “The Cup” is inspired by people’s common behaviors in everywhere and every moment. Especially, usage of cup is one of the most general and daily behavior. In offices, home, even at shops, we can see and use them. In the future, the usage of computer will be more intuitive and simple than now. People will not need to learn how to use PC and the computer system will have effect on behaviors of user’s everyday conduct, like using a cup.
“The Cup” is innovative PC design in terms of following form and functions of physical and instinctive interface of cup. In other words, the operation of this new PC follows certain behaviors when people use cups. Such as contain, collecting, piling and pouring water into other cups, PC has functions of storing, sharing and organizing information. As reflecting a metaphor of cup into PC, The Cup may be creative but easy to use for majority of users.
