After BMW promoting their iDrive system, Audi introduced us with one of their own, the big knob seems like one device to control them all. Located near the driver, it was mend to make the driver easily control infotainment system without even looking. Its stylist design makes perfect combination with the luxury interior design (some of you might think what’s the point, we don’t see it anyway). So what do you think ?

The aXbo sleep phase alarm clock gives the user the feeling of having woken up all by himself. Crucial for its functional design were the latest findings in sleep research. Studies show that we pass through several sleep phases each night, alternating between deep sleep, light sleep and dream phases. Each of these phases is characterised by different body motions. The sleep phase alarm clock uses the activity that occurs in each of these phases. To do so, a motion detection system has been integrated into a comfy terry-cloth wristband, memorising all physical motions and transmitting them to the alarm clock. In this way, the aXbo registers which sleep phase the user is in at any time, and calculates the optimal wake-up moment within 30 minutes of the desired wake-up time. This turns waking up into a gentle experience makes for a smooth and relaxed start to the day.

Its style, occasion and look are determined by the designs of the socks or stockings worn beneath.
The shoe itself has a durable sole, resistant to scratches and shock, and a shell composed of two layers of silicon plastic with compressed gas in between. The vamp is vapour permeable, airy, and at the same time water-resistant. It features excellent thermal protection, but still reveals our foot and ourselves. The foot is thus put on display, in a position requiring the wearer to provide it with ?make up? according to their own judgement, choice and courage. Socks have been specially designed for this purpose, and can determine the style and the activity into which the wearer is entering.

This universal toilet designed by Kim Chanduk and Hong Youngki that could help both individual with disabilities. As you can see, some of public facilities still ignore users with disabilities, even toilet that built dedicated for handicapped still needs maneuvering for people in a wheelchair. Using this toilet designed, users don’t need to twist or turn, just simply slide forward off the wheelchair directly onto the toilet. A chest board is availabe to add the stability and comfort, the handles itself can be used when standing or tranferring between the wheelchair.

Joey chose alcoa aluminum because of its advantages over other materials. Roth definitely understands the meaning of this word : “When design meets technology”, this is the coolest teapot I’ve ever seen. The aluminum’s light weight and the ability of metal to transfer the heat combine with the futuristic design, sorapot will complete your modern kitchen. Yes, it might be possible somewhere in the future, thanks to Yong-Seong Kim concept, this kind of thing might can be done. The whole idea of notebook docks was interesting 10+ years ago when we had to be frugal with our I/O ports and live with subpar LCD screens. Now that notebooks have pretty much caught up with desktops, do we really need another docking solution? According to designer Yong-Seong Kim, we do.
His go-anywhere desktop docking solution calls for a large slot behind the LCD display. This is where you slide your notebook in, allowing you to access all its information from a desktop form factor. The notebook?s screen also (more…)
